The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced 360 Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing technology practice.

This is an opportunity for a proven biller who thrives in a relationship-driven market and wants the chance to build a desk.

This role suits someone with experience in one of our core ERP markets, Workday, Oracle, SAP, or Microsoft. It’s a role for someone who can operate independently, bill consistently, and take full ownership of delivery, client relationships, and performance end to end, with tools and support available when needed, and the expectation that you build and grow a desk around your market.

You should be comfortable building from the ground up and focused on long-term success rather than short-term wins. Recruitment is demanding and tests resilience, you already know that, but for those who stay focused and deliver consistently, the financial and career upside is significant at Rocc Madden.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Market Growth

  • Operate autonomously across a full 360 recruitment model, taking full accountability for new business development, delivery, and account growth.
  • Build and maintain a consistent pipeline through proactive business development, scaling a contract talent portfolio and market presence.
  • Own and grow long-term client relationships across start-ups, scale-ups, enterprise organisations, and consultancies.
  • Source, engage, and manage candidates within your specialist market, either, Workday, Oracle, SAP, or Microsoft.
  • Deliver against live requirements across contract and permanent roles, maintaining a high standard of client and candidate experience.

Delivery & Relationship Management

  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle, from requirement gathering through placement and aftercare.
  • Build and maintain a high-quality, specialist talent network across ERP, Cloud, Data, and AI.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing credible, consultative market insight to both clients and candidates.

Market Ownership & Contribution

  • Continue building market knowledge across ERP, Cloud, Data, and AI, developing credibility within your specific niche.
  • Act as the subject-matter expert and brand representative for your chosen market.
  • Contribute to improving recruitment processes, best practices, and ways of working.
  • Mentor junior consultants as the practice grows, setting standards through delivery and behaviour.

Required Experience &  Skills

  • 3+ years experience in a 360 technology recruitment role (contract/contingent preferred).
  • Proven track record of consistent billing in a similar recruitment environment.
  • Specialism in either Workday, Oracle, SAP, or Microsoft markets.
  • Strong business development capability with the ability to build and grow accounts.
  • Commercially minded, self-motivated, and comfortable working with autonomy.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

This role is about taking full ownership of your market, driving performance, and growing your desk, without day-to-day oversight, building on your existing experience. You’ll develop new client relationships, deliver into specialist roles, and strengthen long-term partnerships, with accountability for outcomes and the autonomy to take things further.
