Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement

Introduction

This statement is issued by Rocc Madden Limited in accordance with Section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. It outlines the steps we take to help prevent modern slavery and human trafficking within our business and throughout our supply chains. It also explains the policies, processes and training we have in place to identify and address potential risks.

Organisational Structure and Supply Chains

Rocc Madden Limited is a specialist technology and transformation recruitment agency operating within ERP, Cloud, Data and AI markets across Europe and the United Kingdom. We support organisations with contract, permanent and project-based recruitment services, and our team is located in the United Kingdom.

Training

All staff receive training and guidance appropriate to their roles, including information on identifying potential indicators of modern slavery and human trafficking and how to escalate concerns promptly. This forms part of our internal compliance framework and supports our commitment to responsible and ethical business practices. Staff are encouraged to raise any concerns directly with management.

Policies

Rocc Madden is committed to ensuring that modern slavery and human trafficking have no place within our business or our supply chains. Our internal policies, including Whistleblowing, Anti-Bribery and Health & Safety, support this commitment and provide clear expectations for ethical conduct. These policies reinforce the need for staff to escalate any concerns so that they can be addressed quickly and appropriately.

Due Diligence Processes

We conduct due diligence when considering taking on new suppliers and review existing suppliers where relevant. As part of this process, we may request information about their policies and procedures relating to modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour, human rights and whistleblowing. Where concerns arise, we may request further information or take additional steps to ensure compliance. Only authorised senior members of the team are permitted to approve supplier arrangements, and staff are encouraged to raise concerns as soon as they are identified.

Steps for the Prevention of Modern Slavery

We monitor and assess the risk of modern slavery within our operations and supply chains. This includes reviewing our internal processes and considering any areas where additional oversight may be required. Based on these assessments, we currently consider the risk of modern slavery within our business and supply chains to be low, but we will continue to review and update our approach as necessary.

Performance Indicators

We monitor the effectiveness of our approach through a number of key performance indicators (KPIs). These include completion of modern slavery awareness training by all staff, right-to-work and national insurance checks, identity and personal data verification, verification of bank account details, qualification and reference checks, and employment checks where applicable. These KPIs support ethical recruitment practices and help ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Review of This Statement

This statement will be reviewed regularly and updated if necessary to reflect changes in legislation, operational practices or risk assessments. Any updates will be communicated to staff, and additional training will be provided where appropriate.
