How Rocc Madden was built

Our story

Rocc Madden started because we saw the personal, relationship-driven element of recruitment disappearing.

Traditional approaches weren’t cutting it: the best specialists were being overlooked by generic searches and recruiters who didn’t understand the tech. Organisations were left struggling to find the niche, transformation-ready talent needed for mission-critical projects.
