This is an entry-level / trainee role for someone who wants to build a long-term career in recruitment within our growing technology practice. The role can be highly rewarding financially, but it’s also very demanding. You’ll learn sales, relationship management, market knowledge, and negotiation through real work, not classroom theory.
Typically, first-year on-target earnings are £40k, with a clear path to six-figure earnings as you develop and perform. Progression is performance-led, not time-served, and as the business grows, strong results create real opportunity and responsibility early on, with a clear career pathway from day one. Recruitment offers no guarantees, but for those who commit consistently, the upside is real.

We don’t have a 50-person training department or a corporate academy. Instead, you’ll work directly with top-performing individuals who will give you the skills and knowledge you need to succeed. You’ll be supported closely and incentivised to perform at your best.You’ll be taught all aspects of the role, from winning new customers and helping them find niche, hard-to-source talent, to building long-term relationships with candidates who have specialist skill sets.
